Peyton Curtis
Founder & Managing Member
U.S. Army Veteran | Federal Contracting Strategist
Peyton Curtis is the founder and driving force behind Blackmere Holdings LLC. A proud U.S. Army veteran, Peyton served in the Infantry from 2018 to 2023, including a multinational deployment supporting NATO-aligned deterrence operations across Eastern Europe. Stationed at Fort Stewart and Fort Campbell, he built a foundation of discipline, leadership, and operational precision.
After transitioning out of the military in 2023, Peyton launched Blackmere Holdings to bring veteran-led performance to federal procurement. His background in logistics, tactical sourcing, and government operations gives Blackmere a decisive edge in delivering results under pressure.
As a VA-rated service-disabled veteran, Peyton personally manages all aspects of registration, compliance, and bid submission. He leads with the same clarity and accountability that defined his military career—ensuring that every opportunity Blackmere takes on is executed with integrity, reliability, and a mission-first mindset.

Patrick Greenaway
Strategic Partner – Defense & Logistics
United States Marine Corps (2020–2025)
Patrick served as an active duty Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps from 2020 to 2025, operating with V32 across H&S, India, and Kilo companies. As an Intelligence Specialist and Company-Level Intelligence Cell (CLIC) Manager, he was responsible for managing the full spectrum of intelligence operations at the company level, including mission planning, threat assessments, and dissemination.
He also served as the Platoon Sergeant of the Headquarters Platoon, overseeing the daily operations, welfare, and effectiveness of over 40 Marines. Patrick piloted and evaluated multiple Group 1 small unmanned aerial systems (sUAS), contributing to surveillance and operational support during both training and deployment environments.
Today, Patrick brings tactical insight, operational discipline, and gear logistics knowledge to Blackmere Holdings. He supports vendor coordination, spec verification, and defense-related procurement strategy.
